How Can I Place An Order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping information and payment details.

Before your order is dispatched, we make every effort to accommodate modifications or cancellations. To request changes, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form. We’ll do our best to assist you. Keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

We currently accept major credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards. Additionally, we offer the convenience of Twint, PostFinance payment, and PayPal for your transactions. We’re actively working to expand our payment options to provide you with even more choices in the future.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

a. Refunds are subject to inspection; only unworn items in original packaging qualify.
b. Options for refund issuance include the original payment method, bank transaction, or redeemable voucher.
c. Submit refund requests via our contact form within 14 days of product arrival.
d. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
e. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a product fault.

Yes, we do ship internationally within Europe. Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • Orders up to CHF 50: Flat shipping fee CHF 9
  • Orders above CHF 50: Free standard shipping

Additionally, for international deliveries, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price. Customers are responsible for these charges.
